    Job Overview:

    The Kitchen & Bath/Home Decor Sales Designer will provide exceptional interior design services to our new and existing clients. Depending on the client, you may work on remodeling projects to update an existing home or start from scratch to create a custom interior design. Our ideal candidate knows the intricacies of kitchen and bath design projects and has product knowledge of various materials, appliances, lighting fixtures, and finishes. Experience working with contractors, builders, and retail is a plus. Knowledge of flooring sales a big plus too.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop new accounts and earn their business via sales calls to offices/jobsites, phone calls, and emails.
    • Collaborate with clients and contractors using design software to create a kitchen or bath interior design.

    The CDL A driver will be operating manual transmission as well as multi gear transmission vehicles and are educated in safely maneuvering the vehicle and its cargo while also being mindful of its size.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Role Description:

    The Production Associate performs all activities and duties, keeping in mind the best interests of the company while utilizing all company assets to their fullest. As a member of the general laborer staff in the Building Division, an individual in this role produces quality products in a timely, efficient, productive, and profitable manner.

    General Responsibilities and Duties:

    Works under direct supervision of Building Division Supervisor for the purpose of learning the following basic skills:

    • Setting up and oiling forms
    • Cutting and placing wire mesh
    • Cutting and tying reinforcing bars
    • Placing and setting form liner, holes, and inserts as required per approved shop blueprints
    • Pouring, troweling, and finishing off freshly placed concrete
    • Stripping and cleaning forms
    • Cleaning up around work areas
    • Shows consistent improvement in the ability to perform work utilizing these skills.
    • Takes the initiative to remain involved in productive work throughout the workday, either by performing work related to fabrication of precast concrete products or by informing the Crew Leader of availability to perform other tasks.

    The Outside Sales Representative shall sell M&W Precast LLC’s complete line of precast concrete products and act as an M&W Precast business representative in the marketplace. Candidate shall have a thorough working knowledge of precast products and related resale items typically sold with our portfolio of products.

    General Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.
    • Gain access and develop relationships with your customers, from Executives to Site Foremen – own the account and know every decision maker
    • Be flexible in your approach and capable of matching the message to the audience.
    • Develop sales that meet the product mix and market share targets set by M&W.
    • Compile market information to validate market share and market segmentation target.
    • Negotiate agreements with customers to attain the highest possible unit selling prices and profits.

    • Update monthly sales forecasts for new order bookings and revenue.

    • Work in concert with M&W’s Estimating, Project Management, Quality Control, Production, Dispatch and Accounting teams to ensure every client receives the highest level of customer service.
    • Generate sales revenue while increasing market share by building long term relationships with owners, specifiers, project managers and estimators within new and existing accounts.
    • Identify projects that present themselves as “premium” opportunities well suited to leverage M&W’s capacity and capabilities.
    • Gather business intelligence to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives and maximize ROI with every opportunity.
    • Respond to customer questions regarding product applications, specifications, pricing, availability, and installation.
    • Take constant, thoughtful, and aggressive action against competitive alternate products.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation
    • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
    • Ability to be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter with the discipline to work independently within assigned territory to accomplish goals.
    • Ability to read and interpret site drawings and engineering production drawings.
    • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, construction management or a related field preferred.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in site civil projects or experience in construction or construction industry sales, preferred
    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • Background in Technical Sales, Engineering, or Construction required
    • Experience in construction material sales, estimating, or project management a plus.
    • Experience with a formalized selling system and/or CRM software.
    • Valid driver’s license with safety-conscious driving record.

    Schedule: Minimum 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours as needed

    Pay Range: Salaried, Commensurate with experience
