The AR, Credit & Collections Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships with valued customers. The individual in this role will work collaboratively with others in the organization to drive results by effectively collecting and resolving past-due invoices.

    General Responsibilities and Duties

    • Collaborate with teams across all company departments and locations as well as customers to achieve the company’s accounts receivable goals
    • Record and apply payments received into accounting software(s)
    • Monitor AR Aging Reports on timely payments
    • Utilize expertise in credit risk assessment and management to evaluate customer creditworthiness.
    • Negotiate and monitor the collection of overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancement within credit and collection operations
    • Maintain policies and procedures regarding billing, collections, credit cards, inquiries, and check cashing
    • Work to reduce account delinquency
    • Collaborate with customers, sales, and operations to resolve collection issues
    • Monitor credit and collections practices to ensure bad debt risk mitigation in full compliance with applicable policies.
    • Prepare regular management reporting on account credit and collections activities, including problem accounts, bad debt reserve, settlements, and write-offs.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Consistent follow-through communication with customers for payment schedule.

    Role Description:

    As a Staff Accountant, you will be working closely with the Controller and responsible for assisting with all the company’s accounting tasks. This would include month end close, reviewing payroll submissions and preparing financial reports and projections.

    General Responsibilities and Duties:

    Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance for each of our locations.

    • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the Controller if necessary.

    Summary

    Join M&W Precast, LLC in our precast concrete construction team as an Estimator. The Estimator reviews specifications and drawings, prepares written estimates and quotes to submit to our customers for review and consideration for securing projects.

    General Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Review and interpret contract plans, specifications and other documentation to determine concrete requirements for various projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for precast concrete construction projects, including materials, labor and equipment costs. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key.
    • Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of material for custom manufactured products, ensuring all estimates align with project goals.
    • Analyzes quotes from suppliers for accuracy as required.
    • Communicate regularly with the sales team, customers and management to confirm and clarify project scope and specifications prior to completing the estimate.
    • Ability to solve design conflicts through a collaborative effort with management and the production team.

    Role Description

    The Quality Control Technician tests materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable laws and company standards. Three stage testing includes before, in-process, and final product to ensure quality levels are met.

    General Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop and maintain inspection reports
    • Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
    • Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
    • Perform inspections across all stages of production
    • Prepare and maintain test data for review
    • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
    • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
    • Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
