Role Description:
The Windows and Door Sales Specialist is a highly motivated, initiative-driven salesperson with knowledge and experience in selling windows and doors to homeowners, contractors and builders. The individual in this role will provide training to the sales team regarding products and selling tools. The Window and Door Sales Specialist must be able to thrive in a fast paced, customer driven environment.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sell windows, doors, and related millwork
- Qualify accurate customer needs and submit orders based on vendor lead times.
- Manage your open order file. Assist in collecting accounts receivable.
- Effectively communicate concepts and recommended courses of action to meet and exceed sales plans.
· Assist sales team with sales quotes
· Train staff on window and door manufacturers and selling tools
· Update displays, literature and samples for sales team to use for selling products
- Participate in company events and attend company sponsored training programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent communication skill sets
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere, supporting other sales associates with your experience and knowledge.
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Experience preferred, training available
