Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to help make your kitchen or bath project a reality. Whether you are looking for your first kitchen or your dream kitchen, we have the right products, and talented design staff, to suit the scope of your project.
Please read the guidelines to help you better understand our process and procedures. We want to ensure that your project runs as smoothly as possible and that you know what to expect before we get started.
One design and one revision done free of charge – We will be happy to perform further revisions once a commitment is made in the form of a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 the estimated price of the project. Deposits will be applied toward the purchase of the project. Actual floor plan layout and revision is typically not done during appointment times. Rather, we have found that this time is best used to gather information, explain product features and benefits, discuss options, determine style selections, analyze your needs and review design solutions.
Release of Drawings
Floor plans and cabinet lists will not be released without deposit – Our talented designers put a great deal of time, effort and care into your design project. Therefore, we cannot release drawings or lists until an agreement of sale and deposit is made. We may elect to release these drawings for a non-refundable design retainer fee of $1000 or 10% of the estimated price of the project whichever is greater. This fee can be applied to the purchase of the project for which the retainer fee was taken.
Upon order commitment, your designer will come to the job site to verify measurements. This is a requirement for all kitchen projects and is a service provided at no charge.
All orders require a written, signed agreement of sale to be finalized in our store. Orders for cabinetry require a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery. Counter tops require ½ deposit prior to template and balance due prior to installation.
Orders take 4 to 8 weeks to receive from the time your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We do not advise scheduling an installer, or removing any existing cabinetry until your complete order has been delivered. It is possible for a cabinet to be damaged in shipping and re-orders can take approximately 2 – 3 weeks. You will be contacted when your order arrives to arrange delivery. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8AM-5PM.
Once your room is complete, our service does not end there - We are available long after the installation to assist you with any warranty issues that may arise.
